Mark Danzey

Mark has been providing pastoral counseling for the last 25 years. Passionate about his work, Mark has spent the last 10 years focused on working with couples in various scenarios from premarital counseling to crisis counseling. Mark is eager to help people looking to make positive changes in their life through personal relationship coaching, career coaching and executive coaching. Additionally, as a Certified Civil, Domestic and Divorce mediator, Mark helps to mediate difficult situations toward a path of peaceful and amicable resolution.

Mark holds a M.A. in Pastoral Ministries, ordination in the United Methodist Church, as well as certifications with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, the International Coaching Federation and the State of Georgia Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  

Mark and his wife Tammy, have been married for 16 years and have four grown children and one amazing grandson!

Adam Borneman

Adam is an ICF trained coach who works with a broad variety of clients including corporate, nonprofit and clergy leaders, small business owners, and beyond. He serves as Program Director for The Ministry Collaborative, where he focuses on group facilitation training, strategy development, consulting and coaching, and workshop leadership. Adam sees deep value in creating space and processes for discovery, discernment, and development, so that individuals and groups can take meaningful steps toward accomplishing goals and living from a place of deep joy. He is especially interested in helping people connect their values to their behaviors and their short term goals to their long term goals. Raised in Snellville, GA, he is a graduate of Samford University and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA (M.Div., Th.M.).

Connie McIntyre

Connie spent her career in the energy industry in a variety of roles including leading the customer experience team through several mergers and system integrations. She always shared the term “bloom where you are planted” with her various team members. She demonstrated that throughout her career moving through 14 different positions and several functional areas while having a passion to develop leaders.      

As she decided to “rewire” her career and retire from her corporate role, she still had a desire to serve people in their careers and as they developed relationships in life. Starting her own business opened up a fresh approach to giving back in life. Connie is certified as a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) through Co-Active and a graduate of their Leadership Program as well. She earned her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through ICF and various other certifications including team training and emotional resiliency. She has integrated her learnings into a very practical approach including experiences and assessments to help others be the person they want to be.   

Connie stays involved in her community serving in different capacities with non-profits and also does some consulting work. She holds a bachelors and masters degree in business. Her ministry includes being very active in her church serving and serving with other ministries.
